Well, no, there are only about 2 pages of real rules! The rest of the
lawbook lays out how the school runs, who is responsible for what, etc., and
is not quite related to rules. Kids find out by (1) being told clearly
before enrolling about the important rules -- e.g., safety things; and (2)
common sense; and (3) everybody else helps them figure out what is okay and
what isn't. There is some tolerance during the learning curve!
