In addition to democratic-type schools like Sudbury, I'm wondering if any
of you know about other social action or learning organizations whose
philosophies are in sync with learning as conceived by the Sudbury-model?
For example, I've already studied Folk Schools for adults, and am on my way
to library to get Peter Senge's The Fifth Discipline--to begin reading up
on work models that are more holistic & community-oriented.
Any suggestions of general models or specific organizations that I might
investigate would be greatly appreciated!
