<< Obvious or not, the answer raises the question: _WHO_ "allow no..."?
I have seen it done both ways. For me, one operative question is who
actually owns the premises, legally, not operationally. If I am allowing a
school to use my property, then I believe that I have a right to set the
conditions under which I offer and they accept that use. If one of those is
that they need to obey all aplicable laws, then so be it.
Most (vastly most) School Meetings, in any case, see the value in following
such laws and incorporate them into the school laws and/or the By-Laws.
